Before working with Alli the only motivational tool I knew was fear. Fear of failing, fear of being sick, fear of being judged or riduculed for struggling with even simple exercises like walking and pushups. It was a daily struggle with anxiety that required me to push harder and harder to feel even remotely good about myself. While I was making progress losing weight, my mental state was suffering and completely unsustainable. The harder I tried to grind, the worse things got, and I started to feel the grip of doubt pulling me down, so I faced my fear of asking for help, and made the jump, and I’ve never looked back. 

From the very beginning Alli was incredibly supportive and made me feel like my progress actually mattered to her, I wasn’t just another name on a list. I remember feeling very uncertain about how much she could help, I felt so hopeless, but that would not last long. Her encouragement and support would sooth a lot of the fear and anxiety, it felt like I might have a real at achieving my fitness goals, I just wanted to be healthy. What I remember most was not just how much she cheered for my success, but how compassionate she was when I would slip and be at my lowest. It was during these times she taught me how to have compassion for myself, how to love who I was, how to believe in myself. This was far more valuable than I could have possibly imagined before working with her. 

After months of working with Alli, I’ve lost over 100lbs, I can now do pushups and most other bodyweight exercises with ease, my balance is far superior than it has ever been and I’m feeling stronger and sexier than I ever have in my whole life. This all has let to a big increase in confidence, I’m happier and more proud of myself than ever before, and as such my work and relationships have all improved.

Up until recently, I subscribed to the belief that once you were past your early thirties, it wasn’t realistic for a typical American male to be able to maintain a fit, athletic body without having fitness essentially consume your life. And for those looking to get results without any outside help that may very well be the case. But since working with the BOD Company™ I’m thrilled to say I’ve been able to completely transform my body without taking time or attention away from my family, my business. If anything I now have more stamina and energy to get more accomplished and have more fun time during the day than before. If I’d had any idea I’d be able to get such strong results without living at the gym or giving up delicious foods I’d have done this years ago.

After reading “The Girlfriend’s Guide to Fitness and Fat Loss” in mid-October and being particularly fascinated by the chapter on the psychology of food and fitness I decided I was going to lose 35 lbs by the end of the year. I started eating 2 meal replacement shakes per day, counting my calories and protein, drinking lots of water and hitting the gym 6-7 times a week rather than 3-4. Come mid-December, after 2 full months I had managed to drop 10 pounds. For the next 30 days, I found I was no longer losing weight. I had not only plateaued, I was getting really tired of tracking everything I ate. Plus I was starting to feel deprived. I wasn’t really enjoying what I was eating & I knew unless I found some meals I would enjoy I would not only not meet my goal, but I would put the weight back on. Last fall, Nina Lopez was overweight, bloated, constantly tired and increasingly irritable. With her husband suffering from cancer (and a six-year-old daughter in remission from bone cancer), Nina is currently the sole provider with two jobs, so she knew she needed to take better care of herself so she could continue to support her family.

“Several blood tests showed all of levels were out of whack, especially my liver count, which was extremely high, and I was nearing pre-diabetic levels,” Nina recalled. “My doctor was also concerned about an autoimmune disorder, so I was supposed to come back in a few months to be retested.”

Love hearing success stories from my clients! Since I started working with 20-year old Juan Montes back in August, he’s lost 31.2 lbs, putting his extremely strong 6’ 5” frame at 311 lbs.
